1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged, broken, or defective mug, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.
3. Return Process

- Include your order details, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized mugs are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items, subject to stock availability.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
