We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, broken, or defective mug, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.

3. Return Process

  • Include your order details, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized mugs are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items, subject to stock availability.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
